TRAVEL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDING
What is Travel and Professional Development?
Undergraduate students participating in a degree-granting program on the ASU Tempe campus are eligible for assistance from the USG-T Appropriations Committee to help with their professional and academic growth.
These grants should not be used to cover all expenditures, but rather as an addendum to help offset the overall costs of travel, hotels, conference fees, and competition fees. The USG-T Appropriations Committee will not provide any advances or consider applications for travel or activities that have already taken place. This funding will be reimbursement only.
If you are accepted and are unable to utilize the funds you have been granted, you must advise the USG-T Appropriations Committee so that the funding can be reallocated to another student or club. Failure to do so may result in future ineligibility.
